The man is currently hounding the shinigami, but has been talking with the Major. It's very likely your organization maybe his next target. I'm sorry but Sir Integra may have made a mistake speaking to him. I would have alerted you to that sooner but at the time he hadn't revealed his true (very annoying) nature.

He did try briefly to get information out of me, but I purposely didn't tell him where exactly I was from nor what I am. Seemed to have realized I wasn't worth bothering with and turned his attention back on the shinigami.

Also his information on the Red Guard, while interesting hasn't yet provided anything (in my opinion) useful in actually dealing with the cult.
