How intriguing. I do look forward to seeing our new little 'pet'. I'll arrange for a suitable enclosure for it immediately.

I'm surprised that you haven't again asked me about that little task you assigned to me. Well, I am a man of my word, even cursed as I was...

Unfortunately, War and Peace was a bit... engrossing in parts and it slowed my attempts to complete it by midnight. I'm not used to having to rush through any undertaking... it's so much nicer to take the time to savor things.
